Experience
Devel has been in business in Silicon Valley for Twenty Five (25) years, serving the Commercial and Industrial construction industry. As a licensed General Contractor, we are signatory to the local Carpenters Union and are highly qualified to participate in a large variety of projects ranging from a complete poured-in-place concrete toxic gas facility to a 100,000 square foot Tenant Improvement Project to a Design/Build Class 10 Clean room. We pride ourselves in providing the services required by each individual client.

In English "Devel" is an abbreviation for Development, but in Latin "Devel" means "to come to, arrive at or reach" and according to our President, Ken Birdsall, the word Devel means "to strike with a heavy blow" but here in the Silicon Valley, "Devel" simply means "Experience, Quality and Integrity in the Construction Industry".
