In English "Devel" is an abbreviation for Development, but in Latin "Devel" means "to come to, arrive at or reach" and according to our President, Ken Birdsall, the word Devel means "to strike with a heavy blow" but here in the Silicon Valley, "Devel" simply means "Experience, Quality and Integrity in the Construction Industry".
