Company Philosophy
At Devel Construction, we specialize in adapting to the uniqueness of a given project and take pride in our ability to adjust to the particular needs of a client. We acknowledge that our number one priority is to fully satisfy the specific requirements imposed by a given project and we are dedicated to producing the optimum results for each of our clients.
Officers
Devel Construction’s President, Kenneth O. Birdsall, began his employment with company in 1990. He has more than 25 years experience in commercial and industrial construction, and possesses an extensive background in Tenant Improvement, Cleanroom and OSHPD projects. He received a B.S. degree in Economics from Long Beach State University and a Certificate in Construction Management from San Jose State University.
Experience
Devel has been in business in Silicon Valley for Twenty (20) years, serving the commercial and industrial construction industry. As a licensed General Contractor, we are signatory to the local Carpenters Union and are highly qualified to participate in a large variety of projects ranging from a complete poured-in-place concrete toxic gas facility to a 100,000 square foot Tenant Improvement Project to a design/build Class 10 Clean Room. We pride ourselves on providing the services required by each individual client.
Teamwork
In an effort to ensure the success of a project, Devel's staff works closely together to verify that the project requirements are meticulously addressed in the documentation package so that each project objective can be monitored and thus fully realized. Our in-house estimators and Project Managers are uniquely capable of proposing value engineering alternatives and budget cost estimates to keep the project on-line during all phases of the design and construction.

Our goal is to continue the superior level of service upon which our reputation has been made and to provide the leadership necessary to assure the successful completion of challenging projects.
