Senior Project Manager – OSHPD
Responsible for the administration and execution of assigned OSHPD Healthcare building projects in safe, profitable and timely manner. Often assigned multiple project and/or projects of larger contract amounts and/or complexity ($5M to $120M Projects), manages the work in a manner consistent with standards of quality and integrity. Establishes and maintains devel working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. Participate as requested in the marketing, estimating, bidding an contract negotiation phases of the projects assigned.
